If the material leaves the economic organization WITHOUT any changes of this material during the way trough this organization, then there is no transformation of the goods. The shape of the bought material is the same shape as how it is sold. This means that there is no production division in the diagram. Relevant organizations are shops, service bureau's (traveling, cleaning etc.), pubs (except restaurants) .

The divisions BUYING and SELLING have the components INFORMATION INTERCHANGE, ORDER CONTROL and PRODUCTION CONTROL. The function of these components are the same as written on the pages before. The interchange is for the information about supplies and time of delivering of the incoming order. The client gets this information and makes a decision. If the client places an order then there will be control till the physical delivering of the material. There will be ordered an incoming amount of goods with internal report's about quality and quantity, handled by the component production control. The arrows between the material flow and control are numbered as follow:

1. #1 order amount and quality report comes from production control
2. #2 amount of goods is counted and specification goes back to production control for verification.
3. #3 specification of amount of goods to deliver comes from production control, after it gets its signature of order control
4. #4 transport documentation gets returned to production control for verification of the delivering.
