The pyramidemodel of Mr. Hovis on the previous page shows which
levels can be present in an economic organization. Different decisions
are taken on different levels in such an organization, where every decision
is related on his kind of activity in an specific section of the organization.
In this way there are different kind of decisions on operational level,
which can be a part of a decision, taken on a higher level. This higher
level can send information (orders) as well as down or up in the layer
structure of the pyramid. In this case there is a democratic management
where the informationflow is in two directions. An idea panel is a democratic
institute where ideas are going from the bottom to the top of the pyramid,
and has lead till big reductions in history in productcosts and work time
in the organization. Because of the expansion of an economic unit, it is
not always possible to reach the management directly, but there is an institute
in-between for passing this kind of information. This electronic book embeds
the two middle levels in general, with some notations of the down- and
toplevels.
