The figures on the previous page are showing the movements of goods
and documentation, in combination with a stroke planning for production
capacity. The stroke planning is mentioned for
partial
processes, it means that every machine handles one or more tasks on
ONE product, so a peticular order can be executed on several machines.
These orders can be recognized in the planning because of their identical
color in the different machine elements in the matrix. The amount
of machines for manufacturing on one product is inherent at the complexity
of a product. The cultivation's can be work as painting, gluing, polishing,
drilling, freezing etc. These identical colored orders are easily to trace
in the planning till their final state in the productionplanningcontrol.
This kind of control is called a horizon planning,
because of the fact that if an industrial or organizational obstacle holds
up the planningtime, the whole planning must be replaced to a new 'horizon'.
The model on the previous page is giving a tool to scheme every kind of
product flow with his documentation flow. TOGETHER with the figures on
the next pages are the schemes forming a totaltraject of the material
and documentation trough the whole economic organization.
